As an intuitive healer, I adjust my pressure and techniques to meet your needs.. So whether you need therapeutic body work, or just want to relax, it's no problem! I am skilled in deep tissue, swedish, sports, stretching, pre-natal, aromatherapy~
ENERGY WORK~ Energy healing is a powerful but gentle process that can be used as an aid in treating any type of illness or to enhance your life force. Too much stress weakens our life force and hence can cause illness. Energy healing repairs the nervous system and cleanses karmic patterns. I transmit vast amounts of light and love into my clients. They report a feeling of deep peace and increased energy after a few sessions. Where there is light, darkness must flee.
SPIRITUAL LIFE COACH~ This is done in person, via telephone, or internet. I worked for many years as a psychotherapist in a hospital prior to my alternative healing career. I have a Masters in Metaphysics through Delphi University. Sometime in life we feel stuck, like we are repeating the same patterns over and over. We can't figure out how to remove the old patterns and shift into a new way of "thinking" and thus behaving. I can help you to identify core issues, so you can move beyond the "karmic wheel", and live up to your highest potential.
KUNDALINI/NAAM YOGA~ If you are looking for a fast and effective vibrational shift, try Kundalini/Naam yoga. This includes breath work, postures and chanting to assist in reaching higher levels of consciousness, as sound is the mother of light. More light, darkness has to go. The higher your vibration, the less you are bothered by lower vibrational situations, feelings illnesses, people.

This little book is meant to give inspiration and hope to those people who are on the spiritual path and JUST awakening to their own power and knowledge, that they too are a starchild, here to assist in the earth's ascension. I will share my own awakening process in hopes to be a guiding light for others..
