As a massage therapist
and body worker, I realize the importance of self-care on every level and using intuition to connect and assist in your healing or relaxation process. My style is eclectic, incorporating various healing modalities such as, stretching, reflexology, trigger point all powered by vast amounts of light and love. Swedish Massage - Long, soft relaxing strokes to soften muscle tissue and increase circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage - For pain relief. I use deep pressure, trigger point therapy, using elbows, thumbs, fists with stretching. Good for athletes, tight muscles, and medical imbalances.
Eclectic massage - The best of both worlds! First you receive a medium/deep pressure massage to release blockages in the muscle tissue. This is immediately followed by 30 minutes of energy healing that cleanses the deeper layers of one's mental, emotional and etheric bodies and is a transformative process. Energy healing sends much high vibratory light and love into the core of our being. It is the beginning of awakening the soul into higher levels of consciousness. The purpose of this session is to bring all of the aspects of our bodies to a place of blissful oneness. To have not only a physical outer healing but also an inner divine experience as the two are one.
Hot Stone Massage - Hot stone massage is wonderful for relaxation and relief for muscle strain and tension. I use hot basalt stones with balancing and nourishing oil for the ultimate relaxation experience. Hot stones can also be incorporated in a traditional swedish or deep tissue massage for those "spot" areas that need a little more attention.
Dead Sea Salt Scrub - Great to cleanse your skin and revitalize your aura. I use dead sea salt and warm balancing oil to exfoliate, nourish and detoxify your skin. The oil replenishes while the salt re-mineralizes and removes old debris.
Harmonyum Treatment
Harmonyum is a bio-metaphysical healing system that transmits a vast amount of light into the recipient. Unlike many other systems, Harmonyum works on the "Body of Light". It gently and subtly heals the karmic patterns that cause physical, emotional and mental illness. This is done by transmuting the astral body, so as to, balance the mind, body and spirit.
