Spiritual Life Coach- Sometimes in life we all reach a road block and we don’t know which way to turn. We are not sure why we continue to repeat the same patterns over and over. We try the best we know how to overcome the challenges at hand, only to be disappointed in ourselves. Unfortunately, many of us end up in a vicious cycle. Many people turn to drugs, alcohol, food and sex to relieve inner suffering. Because they are not aware there is a better way out of their problems. We just need to commit to ourselves and do some work, so we can feel better. Trust me, when you step out and make the decision that you are worth joy, love and success... Miracles begin to happen! When you gain a simple foundation about spiritual anatomy you begin to see that there truly is a way up and out of your present circumstances. Let me explain.
The answer is that we need a holistic/spiritual approach to shift our entire beings. For example, if we use a pill to fix our physical ailment, we are only focusing on the physical body. This does not get to the core issues that may have originated in the mental or emotional body. If we have a back pain and go to the chiropractor, this is not addressing the emotional or spiritual bodies. Many physical pains lodge in the muscle tissue but originate in the mind and emotions. With this in mind, let me explain a little about spiritual anatomy.
First, we have the physical body, which is only 10% of who we are.
We then have, what is referred to as the etheric body. This is an “energetic”, double of the physical body. So, for example, when someone, has had an amputated leg, they report still feeling as if the leg is still there. Their leg is in fact, still there, in energetic form only.
We then have the mental and emotional (subtle), bodies we refer to as the motley crew, because they are always arguing back and forth about how to fix things and nothing usually gets accomplished, other than more feelings of frustration and confusion.
We then have our ego also referred to as our I-Awareness. Above all of these bodies we have our higher-self, which is connected to the universal mind-higher consciousness or God source. Doesn’t it make sense to use a holistic approach to get to the core of your patterns, ailments and behaviors?
My spiritual coaching is a culmination of practical, spiritual and metaphysical tools utilized to shift your vibration. Naturally you will be learning and implementing these tools during your new journey to freedom. Together we will devise a unique plan to meet your specific needs and goals.
